Yellow Flesh Nectarine

Fruit information

Its  homogeneous red colour is highlighted by the shine of  the naturally produced waxes. It can have yellow or orange flesh and is often attractively mottled with red. Moreover, its firm and crunchy flesh and natural sweetness is tinged with refreshing notes that give it complexity.

 

Origin: they are originally from China and were already known to the Greeks and Romans. In the Iberian Peninsula the Arabs extended their cultivation and from here they were introduced in the New World.

 

Harvesting: from the end of May to mid-August.
