They are peaches with attractive red-orange tones, soft hairiness and orange flesh. The flesh is firm and crunchy, with a balanced sweet and refreshing flavour.
Origin: they are originally from China and the Romans already knew them as malum persicum, the Persian Apple. Their cultivation spread rapidly throughout the Mediterranean, from where the Spanish and Portuguese introduced them to America.
Harvesting: from the end of April to the end of August.
