They are plums of great attractiveness due to the intense contrast between the black skin and the dark red flesh. Moreover, they are the most appreciated group of varieties by the majority of consumers. The fruit has a firm, sweet flesh, with notes of red fruits and a pleasant refreshing touch concentrated around the skin.
Origin: they are originally from China. The plum has found in Extremadura the ideal conditions for its cultivation. Therefore, the región is the largest national and European producer of this type of fruit.
Harvesting: from the beginning of June to the end of August.
