The glabrous version of the Paraguayan has gone from being an absolute unknown to occupying a place among the consumers' preferences. Its flattened shape that facilitates its consumption, the absence of hairiness and an organoleptic quality comparable to that of the flat peaches are its great assets. Firm flesh and sweet flavour with low acidity.
Origin: it is a very recent fruit, halfway between Paraguayan and nectarine
Harvesting: from the end of June to the end of August.
