Its characteristic flattened shape that facilitates its consumption has become its distinctive feature. Velvety hairiness and white or yellow flesh. The flesh has a delicate texture and a sweet or very sweet flavour.

 

Origin: they are originally from China and known since ancient times. However, in the last few decades has the gained the popularity for its fantastic taste and ease of consumption.

 

Harvesting: from the end of May to the beginning of August.
